1. Beta Software Nature

1.1 Experimental Status

OneGNG is currently in BETA testing phase. This means the software is:

  • Incomplete: Features are still in development
  • Unstable: Crashes, errors, and bugs are expected
  • Unfinished: User interface and functionality may change dramatically
  • Unreliable: Service availability is not guaranteed
1.2 No Production Use

DO NOT USE FOR CRITICAL PURPOSES: This beta software should not be used for business-critical operations, important data storage, or any situation where service interruption could cause harm or loss.

2. Data and Content Risks

2.1 Data Loss Risk

EXPECT DATA LOSS: During beta testing, your data may be lost, corrupted, or become permanently inaccessible without warning. We strongly recommend:

  • Not storing important or irreplaceable information
  • Keeping backups of any content you upload
  • Testing with non-critical data only
  • Being prepared for complete data wipes
2.2 System Resets

We may need to:

  • Reset the entire database without notice
  • Delete all user accounts and content
  • Change data structures incompatibly
  • Migrate to new systems that don't preserve data

3. Service Availability

3.1 No Uptime Guarantees

During beta testing:

  • Service may be unavailable for extended periods
  • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is frequent
  • No service level agreements (SLAs) apply
  • Response times for issues are not guaranteed
3.2 Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the beta service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This could happen immediately if we encounter technical issues, security problems, or business reasons.

4. Feedback and Testing Obligations

4.1 Bug Reporting

As a beta tester, you are encouraged to:

  • Report bugs and issues you encounter
  • Provide feedback on features and usability
  • Test various scenarios and edge cases
  • Communicate problems clearly and promptly
4.2 Feedback Ownership

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

5. Enhanced Disclaimers for Beta

5.1 No Warranties

THE BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

FOR BETA SOFTWARE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM BETA TESTING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SECURITY BREACHES, OR ANY OTHER HARM.

6. Security and Privacy During Beta

6.1 Enhanced Security Risks

Beta software may have additional security vulnerabilities:

  • Authentication systems may be incomplete
  • Data encryption may not be fully implemented
  • Access controls may have gaps
  • Security patches may be delayed
6.2 Privacy Considerations

During beta testing:

  • Additional logging and monitoring may occur
  • Data may be less protected than in production
  • Employee access to data may be broader
  • Privacy controls may not be fully functional

7. Beta Termination

7.1 End of Beta Period

When beta testing ends:

  • Your access will be terminated
  • Data may or may not be migrated to production
  • No guarantee of continued service
  • New terms may apply for production version
7.2 Migration to Production

There is no guarantee that:

  • The service will enter production
  • Your beta account will be preserved
  • Features will remain the same
  • The service will remain free

8. Legal Protections

8.1 Beta-Specific Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your beta testing activities, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss or corruption claims
  • Service interruption damages
  • Security incident consequences
  • Third-party claims related to your beta usage
8.2 Assumption of Risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BETA TESTING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, AND ANY OTHER HARM THAT MAY RESULT FROM USING EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using this beta service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Beta Terms in addition to our regular Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these risks and limitations, please do not use the beta service.
